CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive treatment that uses gentle hand placements to target the nociceptors in the craniosacral system. This system includes the fascial membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. CST focuses on the fascial layers rather than muscle fibers, working through the deeper membrane layers of the spine to help release tension within the body’s connective tissue.
This therapy can be particularly beneficial for various conditions, including migraines and similar headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), Parkinson's disease, chronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, neuralgia, post-concussion syndrome, scoliosis, temporomandibular joint syndrome and stroke.
CST may help alleviate pain from headaches and neck discomfort, as well as reduce the side effects of cancer treatments. The goal of CST is tension relief (fascial clearance).
This may help other connected parts of your body function better through, neurohormone rebalancing, self-correction and healing. It is often recommended to be used alongside other therapeutic approaches.

VISCERAL MANIPULATION

Visceral Manipulation, also known as visceral massage, is a gentle hands-on therapy that focuses on the restrictive attachments or "fixtures" of organs to the musculoskeletal system. This therapy primarily targets the abdomen. The goal of Visceral Manipulation is to relieve tension, improve the mobility of connective tissues, promote better digestive function, and alleviate musculoskeletal restrictions.
Visceral Manipulation can be beneficial for various conditions, including acid reflux, bloating, cramping, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), asthma, incontinence, back pain, knee and ankle pain, as well as neck and shoulder restrictions

NEURAL MANIPULATION

The essence of Neural Manipulation (NM) lies in identifying the primary area where mobility is compromised. This light and gentle hands-on technique utilizes the body's proprioception along the fascial rings and tunnels that contain the nerves. These techniques help the fascia relax and restore any restrictive movement affecting the neural structures passing through these areas. As a result, proper signaling is restored to the affected structures they innervate, which enhances the function of these structures, including muscles, organs, and fascia. NM is helpful for aches, pains, joint mobility restrictions and chronic pain caused by muscle spasms as this can be protecting a nerve.

BODY TRAUMA RELEASE

Trauma occurs when intense events, thoughts, or emotions overwhelm the brain and nervous system. This overwhelming experience can lead to unresolved feelings and behaviors, causing trauma to become trapped in the body's soft myofascial tissue, organs, and brain, creating a continuous cycle of distress and symptoms. We offer a pathway to assist you on your healing journey.
Our treatment methods incorporate somatic techniques, neuromeningeal manipulation, and timeline placement therapy to relieve myofascial tension and pain resulting from traumatic experiences. These approaches work to calm Amygdala activity. Body trauma release beneficial for individuals who have experienced traumatic falls, accidents, or surgeries that may contribute to chronic pain.
